Colfox proudly supports Weldmar’s Stampede by the Sea!

Well done to our Year 9 Student Artists who decorated our ‘Stampede by the Sea’ elephant to help raise funds for Weldmar Hospicecare.
Iris, Eliza, Rica, Maddison and Poppy painted ‘Brit’ the Elephant, who will soon be part of the Stampede by the Sea art trail. As a seaside town and Ocean Friendly School they chose the name because it links with the River Brit that flows through Bridport to West Bay.
Stampede by the Sea means much to our school, as we have many Students whose families have received care from Weldmar. The trail, from West Bay to Lyme Regis, which will feature a herd of around 50 painted elephants! For more details visit: stampedebythesea.org
